This is a really exciting opportunity for somebody to help identify areas of improvement to our website as we look to rationalise our websites and applications across a range of areas and functions. The post-holder will be responsible for maintaining, optimising and designing the functionality of CAT’s websites, for the purposes of marketing and publicity, and as a medium for delivery of CAT’s charitable aims in accordance with CAT’s marketing strategy.
We’re looking for someone who can manage and develop our website to help communicate these issues to the public – co-ordinate with teams across the charity’s range of activities and embed analytics and evaluation tools in order to prioritise audience development opportunities. You will ideally have proven experience in using a content web management platform such as Joomla. You will have strong organisation skills, excellent attention to detail and knowledge of digital trends.
The Marketing and Communications team takes a primary role in presenting CAT to the outside world and the post-holder will be a crucial member of this team. The Department is responsible for communication with current and potential funders, members, students, customers and the media, in print, through the website and through a range of digital channels.
